Being part of the Fashion Association at Bentley (FAB) has been an incredibly transformative experience, both personally and professionally. FAB is more than just an organization—it’s a platform where students passionate about the intersection of business and fashion can connect, learn from industry professionals, and collaborate with other creative and entrepreneurial minds.

Starting as a Freshman Liaison and evolving into roles as Event Coordinator, President, and now Advisor, I’ve had the opportunity to grow alongside this organization. Each role has challenged me in new ways, helping me develop critical skills in management, leadership, strategic planning, and event coordination. As President, I learned how to guide a team, foster meaningful industry connections, and create an inclusive and inspiring community for our members.

One of my proudest achievements has been connecting FAB with industry leaders like Converse, Valentino Beauty, and PUMA Group, among others. These collaborations provided our members with invaluable opportunities to gain insights into the fashion business world, network with professionals, and explore their creative and professional potential.

Managing these partnerships and overseeing FAB’s events required me to hone my communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. From planning large-scale panels to executing workshops, I learned how to handle the complexities of leadership while staying focused on delivering value to our members.

What stands out most from my time at FAB is the growth I experienced as a leader. I learned how to navigate challenges, inspire my team and conduct weekly meetings, and balance creativity with business strategy—skills I know will serve me well in my future endeavors.

Now, as I transition into the role of Advisor, I am thrilled to support FAB’s next generation of leaders and watch how this incredible organization continues to evolve. FAB has not only been a space for me to grow but also a community where I’ve witnessed others flourish in their passions for fashion and business.

I’m so grateful for the experiences, connections, and skills I’ve gained through FAB. It has been an honor to contribute, and I look forward to seeing how it shapes the futures of its members in the years to come.
